THE FRAMEWORK : MEGANE-LE-MANS - OVERVIEW
"Coins always make sounds, but paper money is always silent."
achieving a dream
MLM, or "Megane-Le-Mans," was inspired in September 2013 during a conversation with Megane, an 8-year-old girl, in a hotel room in the city of Le Mans on our way to Saint Michael's Mount in France. When speaking about poor children, Megane advocated for them: "Dad, why don’t you create a company that will help the people of the Congo and the people of Geneva?" Parents will be able to buy Monster High toys for their kids. They will be happy.
We never give up.
"If you can't fly, then run; if you can't run, then walk; if you can't walk, then crawl; but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward." Martin Luther King, Jr.
We know where we came from, where we stand, and how, why, and where we are aiming. Join us because we know how to create wealth.
The Banking License
While waiting for registration with the Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC), we hosted our activities with our service company, named Megane-Le-MANS, or MLM, registered in Kinshasa.
• On January 5, 2013, we registered a platform in Kinshasa called "Bureau de Révision Comptable et d'Impôts," or, in short, "BRCI," which stands for the Office of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
• A couple of years later, we adopted the name Megane-Le-MANS, or MLM, as a platform for launching a cooperative bank.
• (Former) address: Congo Future Tower, 36-42, 6th Fl., Ste 604| Bld du 30-Juin| Kinshasa, DRC.

OUR DEPOSITORY
The purpose is to serve as a depository for the secretary and to organize the work papers prior to the registration of the bank.
We hereby offer a holistic approach to effective entrepreneurship and women's empowerment. Our pledge goes far beyond figures: equal opportunity, accountability, and transparency.
MLM IS ESTABLISHING A COOPERATIVE BANK.
A cooperative is an association where all decisions are taken by the general assembly, including the election of the board of directors. Simply put, we are an autonomous group of individuals who have voluntarily associated in order to share our thoughts, values, and economic needs by means of a profit-making enterprise whose ownership is shared among us and where power is exercised democratically.
As a cooperative, we adhere to the core principles, values, and roots adopted by the International Co-operative Alliance in 1995: Voluntary and Open Membership; Democratic Member Control; Members' Economic Participation; Autonomy and Independence; Education, Training, and Information; Cooperation among Cooperatives; Concern for Community
