BERNARD NYEMBO: Director of Projects and Chief of Global Operations.
A robust risk-taker and an entrepreneur,
Bernard is responsible for the realization of the ongoing plan. His role is to set up a team of experts for the preparation of the required documents for the bank’s registration,
Bernard has accumulated 40 years of experience in different sectors, ranging from banking to commodities trading to humanitarian activities.
His versatile international experience includes 22 years in the banking sector with Barclays Bank in Geneva, Lugano, Zurich, and Kinshasa; Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco; Gulf Banking and Trust Corporation in Geneva; and he was Financial Director for Jaslo Traders (a multi-million dollar investment company) in Geneva, Luxembourg, Monaco, Paris, and Vaduz.
• In 2010, Bernard decided to shift his career to become an international consultant. He advises on policies and strategies, building metrics, business and development plans, and market research. He interacts with selected international organizations: the World Bank, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the World Trade Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Health Organization, and others.
• From 2007 to 2010, Bernard was Vice President for Strategy and Finance at Triton Distribution Systems in Sausalito, California. He was responsible for buyouts, acquisitions, partnerships, and mergers; business plans, investments, incentives, and strategies; SEC filings; research; and procedures.
Before that, he spent a couple of years at CoreMark International, the 7th largest US distributor of foodstuffs to retail businesses in North America and Canada.
• From 1983 to 1999, Bernard was a financial and commercial analyst, respectively, at Ares Serono (pharmaceuticals) in Geneva, Eni/Agip Petroli (oil and chemicals) in Geneva, Rome, Milan, and Monaco, and Gulf Oil (Enron/Chevron) in Kinshasa.
• Bernard graduated in finance from Webster University, Saint Louis, Missouri. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Finance from the University of Phoenix in Pleasant Hill, California. In 2014, Bernard suspended his PhD program in economic ethics.
• Bernard speaks French, English, Italian, and four African languages. He practices daily jogging and bodybuilding. He is passionate about philosophy, history, psychology, biographies, and astronomy.
• In 2018, Bernard wrote three unpublished books: an essay, a novel, and an autobiography.
He works independently with a team of experts in banking and finance and reports directly to the Board of Directors.
GENEVIEVE KABANGA: Director for Institutional Investors, Washington, DC.
Geneviève holds a Master degree in Rural Socio-Economic Development from the INADES in Lubumbashi, DRC and a Bachelor in Economics and International Money and Banking from the University of Kinshasa, DRC. She holds several certificates in training:
• Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in infrastructure at the International Law Institute, a school of Georgetown University, in Washington, DC.
• Certificate in Regionalism in Developing Countries from the World Bank Institute in Washington, DC.
• Financial Planning at AXA Advisors in Vienna, Virginia, USA.
During her international career Geneviève demonstrated uncanny entrepreneurial skills as a risk taker equipped with strong analytical and leadership skills. She enjoys working in a team, especially in an international environment. As she is very involved in African development, Geneviève has successfully assisted some African officials in conducting PPP plans.
Her key qualifications include: negotiation and communication with local governments and international partners; project management, planning and implementation; communication mechanisms for local communities frameworks; training and leading multi-disciplinary teams and partners working on the ground, familiarity with broadcasting development programs on radio and television and with humanitarian organizations.
In 2006 she joined the World Bank (WB) at the Africa Regional Office, liaising with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Geneviève’s work involves assisting the PPP, essentially advising on infrastructure plans with African governments; facilitating meetings and negotiation schemes with governments (national, bilateral and multilateral) and with stakeholders. She also performs administrative tasks and assists with human resources.
From 2005 to the present Geneviève is a member of a special unit of the Board of Directors for African Society, which is a division of the World Bank Group-IMF. Besides this Genevieve is also the President of a Non-Governmental Organization named “International Social-Economic Development for Africa.” (ISEDA).
From 2003 to 2004 she joined a team affiliated with the Executive Director's Office of the IMF. In this position Genevière was responsible for setting up seminars in developing countries; preparation of awards certificates for participants, and research for a projects statistical survey.
In her current activities with ISEDA Geneviève elaborates annual plans, supervises the finances, promotes the NGO on radio and television through special broadcasting; performs conferences and presentations; assists local communities in elaborating realistic proposals for improving livelihoods; attracting funding and coordinating the infrastructure for micro-credit projects; Women's empowerment and training in various development schemes: sustainable agriculture project, socio-economic surveys, conflicts management and resolution; creates and reinforce good relationship with local communities; participating and enhancing relationship between municipalities, counties and associations, etc.
Geneviève is fluent in English, French, Swahili, and Lingala. She has a proficiency level in computer literacy and Microsoft Applications.
BEN BEAUMONT: Adviser - Global Market Facilitator, London.
Ben Beaumont is a Barrister in London since 1978. He is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of CIARB PANEL of Arbitrators.

• Since 2001 Ben co-drafted various standard form contracts for the International Trade Centre.
• From 1982 to 1998 he was a Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He was a former member of the Membership and subsequently Education and Training committee, Chairman of the Public Relations Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and also a member of various ad hoc committees.
• In 1996 Ben was an original Member of the Arthur Marriott Working Group, leading to the creation of the Arbitration Act.
