We structured our BP into six parts and 25 chapters.

The Framework Assessment
• THE FIRST PART describes the steps to launch the bank, including complying with the local rules and regulations as well as the international standards (including Basel I, II, and III), clarifying the mission statement, and describing the chances for success.
• THE SECOND PART is a recapitulation of our activities, concentrating on how to recognize and forestall risks. It also deals with management and marketing in order to underline our specificity, as well as our global strategy.
• THE THIRD PART sketches the management, internal organization, short-, medium-, and long-term plans, and inside communication, including grapevine information and rumors.
• THE FOURTH PART deals with finance: budget, expenses, revenue forecasts, ROI (return on investment), and the financial statements. We focus on the financial analysis, ratios, and three-year forecast.
• FINALLY, we provide a conclusion with templates of the major documents (developed over 803 pages).
The above metaphor describes our business's future, how we are organized to do it, and how to make it happen. This document includes strategy, skills, and abilities to secure good returns and increase assets. It shows how we will get from here to there.
